Coach Garrett Webb has been a health enthusiast for some time. For 10+ years, he served in the US Military, where physical training was part of everyday life. Towards the end of his career, he was certified as a personal trainer and began programming the physical training for his detachment, helping them to physically prepare for assignments. After his military career, he continued his education. In addition to his certification as a personal trainer through International Sports Science Association (ISSA), he also gained specialties in nutrition, youth development, and health coaching. Lastly, he has obtained an MS in Athlete Development & Management. A specialization that focuses on every aspect of nutrition and training, not during a short duration or cycle, but over the life of the athlete. He has experience as a trainer in a gym as well as on his own. He was also a youth baseball coach for over 10 years, coaching both recreational and travel baseball. Over the past few years, his focus has been on helping others make the changes they need to live healthier lives. He has worked with those who want to lose fat, gain weight, youth athletes, amateur athletes, and professional athletes. Through his experience, he has found that the best way to make life-long changes is to start slow and start small, changing behaviors over time. This way has the highest probability of success with the lowest chances of falling back into old ways. If you are looking for a compassionate coach motivated to help people live their best lives, look no further.
