Personal training is working one-on-one with a qualified coach who will take the client through workouts and track their progress. Personal training is offered by Coach Webb Fitness, LLC in our private facility on a very limited basis and subject to availability and location of client. Online personal training is not offered at this time.

Exercise Programming

While personal training opportunities are limited, individual programming from a qualified and experienced trainer are NOT! When developing a workout routine or athletic improvement plan, every detail is taken into consideration including, but not limited to, current level of fitness, personal goals, experience exercising, access to equipment, gym, or space, and time/days available to execute the program. There is no such thing as a “one-size-fits-all” plan, nor are there any blanket programs that take every aspect of a person’s experience, schedule, and access to equipment into account. Just because a workout online or in a publication claims to have worked for one person, there is no guarantee it will work for another (or if it’s the real routine used anyway). In fact, if you hear phrases like “the one exercise you’re doing/not doing that’s ruining your progress” or “the one food that you are not eating, or you are eating and it’s terrible”, do yourself a favor and run! Close the link, close the page, walk away. There are no magic exercises. Are some better than others? Sure. Especially when factoring in variables such as time and goals. Every program we develop is only developed after speaking with the client (this can be done online). In addition, another call is set-up to ensure the client understands each exercise and all of the details contained within the program. Although we are comfortable writing programs for many different situations, below is a list of successful programs we have written in the past.
- Fat Loss
- Weight Gain
- Flexibility, Mobility, and Balance
- Increased athletic ability (strength or power) for sports including MMA, kickboxing, baseball, football, basketball, and track
- Linear speed
- Lateral speed
